These should be the top 3 things that are the most important things for that day and as long as you accomplish those 3 things, you can count it as a win. 
  2. Connect with Your Crew: Cultivate meaningful connections with your support network – whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues. Take time to check in with loved ones, share your wins and challenges, and offer support and encouragement to those around you.
  3.  Tidy Your Space: This is meant to help you create a physical environment that supports your well-being and productivity by decluttering and organizing your surroundings. A tidy space can have a profound impact on your mental clarity and focus, allowing you to tackle tasks with greater efficiency and ease.
  4. Move Your Body: Prioritize movement and exercise as a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. Whether it’s a brisk walk, a yoga session, or a dance party in your living room, find ways to get your body moving and energized.
  5. Love Yourself: Practice self-care and self-compassion on a daily basis, treating yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer to a dear friend. Buy yourself a coffee, take an extra 5 minutes alone in silence in your car after work. These don’t need to be big things, but every day should be something!
